3. Who Can See Your Data
- •Project listings are public so tutors can browse and respond to them.
- •Project chats are visible to the student, the assigned tutor, approved tutors, and platform administrators.
- •Credential documents submitted with tutor applications are visible only to administrators.
- •Wallets, coin transactions, and payout settings are visible only to you and the administrators.
4. Payments & Documents
- •Coin and fee payments are made through external payment providers (Stripe or PayPal). We never see or store your full card details.
- •Uploaded files are stored securely; credential documents and private uploads are only accessible through signed, time-limited links.
- •Tutor payouts are managed by the administrator after a job is completed.
5. Data Retention & Your Choices
- •We keep your account and job data as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations.
- •You may request correction or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting the administrator.
- •Deleting your account data may remove your ability to access past jobs and chats.
6. Security
- •All traffic to the platform is encrypted over HTTPS.
- •Access to stored data is restricted by role: students, tutors, and administrators each see only what they need.
