Direct Agreements Between Students and Tutors
Hamora-GisTutor provides a platform for students and tutors to connect. If a student and tutor choose to communicate, exchange files, arrange services, or make payment agreements outside of the Hamora-GisTutor platform, Hamora-GisTutor is not responsible for any disputes, non-payment, incomplete work, missed deadlines, refunds, or any other issues arising from those private arrangements.
To provide protection and reliability for both parties, Hamora-GisTutor strongly recommends using the platform's secure payment and delivery system.
Secure Payment and Assignment Process
Before work begins, the student and tutor must agree on:
- The assignment requirements and scope of work.
- The total fee.
- The delivery deadline.
All agreed details should be documented within the job posting chat or message thread between the student and tutor.
The student must submit the agreed payment through the Hamora-GisTutor platform. The payment will be held securely until the assignment is completed and verified.
The tutor must complete the assignment and upload the finished work to the job posting chat before the agreed deadline.
Hamora-GisTutor may review the submitted deliverable to verify that it is a legitimate, completed assignment and not an empty, incomplete, fraudulent, or invalid submission.
Once the deliverable has been verified:
- Hamora-GisTutor will retain a 10% platform service fee.
- The remaining 90% of the payment will be credited to the tutor's account or coin wallet.
- The completed assignment will then be released and become visible to the student.
Protection for Both Students and Tutors
This process helps ensure that:
- Students do not receive empty, incomplete, or invalid submissions.
- Tutors are not required to deliver completed work without secured payment.
- Students cannot access completed assignments without first making payment.
- Tutors cannot receive payment without submitting completed work.
- All communications, agreements, submissions, and transactions remain documented on the platform for transparency and dispute resolution.

Short Notice for Every Job Posting
